Job summary

Darter is seeking a Senior Data Lead to shape how organisations use, govern, and unlock the value of their data. This role focuses on strategic advisory work, governance frameworks, and operating models rather than dashboards or engineering.

You will work with clients at the highest levels to develop data strategies, policies, governance, and frameworks needed to become data-driven organisations, while ensuring alignment with national security considerations and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience in data policy, governance, or strategy.
• Experience leading data transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and professional judgement.
• Ability to engage and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Able to obtain and maintain UK Security Clearance.
