Job summary

Our Future Health in London is seeking a Senior Data Scientist specialising in privacy, security and risk modelling to design, build and scale data-driven controls that protect participants while enabling cutting-edge health research.

This hands-on role combines data science with engineering, working across Product, Security, Science and Governance to develop trusted algorithms, synthetic data approaches and auditable decision-support for researchers. Hybrid with monthly office visits in Holborn.

Qualifications

• Significant experience applying data science, ML or advanced analytics to real-world datasets.
• Strong statistical expertise to quantify risk and uncertainty.
• Experience communicating complex technical concepts to non-specialists.

Responsibilities

• Develop privacy and security controls to protect participants while enabling research.
• Build data-driven review tools for safe outputs and re-identification risk assessment.
• Collaborate with Product, Security and Research teams to deliver auditable decisions.
