Job summary

Moonpig Group is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to work in hybrid London or Manchester offices. You will own high-value machine learning problems end-to-end, from identifying opportunities to production delivery and measurable customer impact.

You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, MLOps, Commercial and Marketing to apply DS solutions to recommendations, personalization, customer modelling and predictive modelling, driving tangible business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering ML solutions with ownership of models or major components.
• Practical understanding of supervised learning, feature engineering and evaluation.
• Strong Python and SQL skills for production-ready DS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own machine learning problems end-to-end across recommendations, ranking and personalisation.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Engineering to identify high-value opportunities.
• Design offline evaluation strategies and online experiments to measure impact.
