Job summary

Moonpig Group in the UK is seeking a Data Scientist to join our hybrid team in London or Manchester. You will build, evaluate and productionise machine learning solutions across recommendations, personalisation, customer modelling and predictive modelling to improve customer experience and business outcomes.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, MLOps and Marketing to translate defined problems into practical ML approaches, ensure robust evaluation, and deliver high-quality,

Qualifications

• Experience building ML solutions for real customer or business problems.
• Strong understanding of supervised learning, feature engineering and model evaluation.
• Ability to translate business problems into analytical or ML approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate ML models for recommendations and personalisation.
• Turn problems into practical ML solutions and productionise models.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, MLOps and Marketing.
• Conduct offline/online experiments and communicate results clearly.
• Write clean, modular Python/SQL and maintain code quality.
