Hims & Hers is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to act as a technical leader who translates strategy into scalable data products. You will architect the 0-to-1 foundation, deploy ML systems, and ensure production readiness while mentoring senior and mid-level scientists.

You will translate business needs into concrete technical roadmaps and own end-to-end deployment of ML products. Expect collaboration across Engineering, Product, and Business teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Data Science or ML Engineering with production systems
• Experience solving business-impacting problems with ML
• Ability to translate business needs into technical roadmaps
• Strong leadership and communication to influence across teams
