Qualifications

• Degree in a data-related field (Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or similar).
• Experience leading small teams of data analysts or software developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a high-performing analytics/software team to meet programme requirements.
• Prioritise analytics and software workloads with effective resource allocation.
• Develop Python-based software, modelling and analytics solutions using best practices.
• Design optimisation, modelling and algorithmic capabilities for strategic planning and executive decision making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights and robust analytical products.
