Job summary

AutoTrader UK is seeking a senior data science leader to drive our transformation into a data-driven organisation. You will steer the direction of Data Science, joining cross-functional squads around product teams to prioritize and shape ML projects.

You will mentor Data Analysts and Scientists, collaborate with software engineers, and develop ML-centric data products while promoting analytical standards across the community.

Qualifications

• Track record of delivering data science solutions in a commercial business.
• Experience productionising ML workflows with deployment and monitoring.
• Deep understanding of ML frameworks, algorithms and statistical methods.
• Expertise with Python and SQL.
• Experience leading data science projects in cross-functional teams.
• Ability engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities and influence roadmaps.
• Passion for coaching Data Analysts and Data Scientists.
