Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc in Stoke-on-Trent, operating within VodafoneThree Consumer Operations, seeks a Senior Reporting Specialist to translate data into actionable insights and drive performance reporting. You will create dashboards, deliver KPI reports, and work with stakeholders to ensure value across the business.

The role focuses on analytics, data modelling, and delivering self-serve insights across multiple channels, including IVR, chat, and web journeys.

Qualifications

Experience in reporting, analytics or insight roles within a complex operational or customer facing environment.
Strong analytical skills with understanding of contact centre metrics and KPIs.
Solid knowledge of data sources, data modelling and SQL based environments.
Delivered high quality dashboards and reporting solutions enabling self-serve insight.

Responsibilities

Create and deliver clear, accurate and timely performance reports covering agent, team and functional KPIs.
Design and build dashboards and visualisations for self-serve reporting and trend insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications for reporting solutions.
Maintain workflow and operational data solutions aligned with data infrastructure and processes.
Provide digital performance insight across IVR, chatbot and online journeys to improve CX.
Deliver accurate, compliant complaints and regulatory reporting.
Govern the reporting catalogue to reduce duplication and improve UX.
Perform deep-dive analysis and present findings with clear recommendations.
Coach and support junior Reporting Analysts to build capability.
