Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Senior Data Product Manager in the UK to lead data products within Commercial Effectiveness. You will transform business requirements into scalable data products, work with Data Office, Digital & Technology, and Commercial teams, and drive measurable value across Haleon’s data and AI portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Data & AI Delivery, Commercial Effectiveness, you will own backlogs, prioritize opportunities, and ensure governance and standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Data Product Management within a global organisation.
• Strong understanding of Growth Function processes and data domains (Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Strategy).
• Proven ability translating business strategies into product roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Experience delivering data products across the full product lifecycle including governance and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion vision, strategy and roadmap for Commercial Effectiveness data products.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify, evaluate and prioritise opportunities for data, analytics and AI solutions.
• Own and maintain product backlogs balancing value, delivery capacity and technical readiness.
• Ensure product investments deliver measurable outcomes aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through deployment and adoption.
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements for data teams.
