Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Lead Data Engineer for a fully remote UK role, offering £110,000 salary plus share options and private medical insurance. You will architect and scale data platforms powering analytics, AI and ML capabilities across enterprise clients.

Lead ownership of data infrastructure, collaborate with product, engineering and data science teams, and help shape the data strategy while enabling secure, compliant data services.

Qualifications

• Production-grade data platforms experience required.
• Expertise in data architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines and data modelling.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and analytics solutions.
• Experience designing secure data services and APIs.
• Knowledge of ML data foundations and modern AI enablement practices.
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable data platforms and pipelines.
• Develop Data-as-a-Service capabilities across products and customer solutions.
• Create trusted analytics, reporting and business intelligence solutions.
• Design and manage secure, reliable data services and APIs.
• Build data infrastructure supporting machine learning, statistical models and AI systems.
• Establish best practices for data quality, governance, lineage, metadata and observability.
