Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to own and shape our data architecture, analytics and AI capabilities. This senior, hands-on role collaborates with product, engineering, data science and leadership to build scalable data platforms powering advanced analytics and machine learning, with clear opportunities to lead a growing data function.

• Strong hands-on experience building and operating production-grade data platforms.
• Expertise in data architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, data modelling and orchestration.
• Experience working with large-scale or complex datasets.

• Experience designing secure data services and APIs.
• Knowledge of machine learning data foundations and modern AI-enablement practices.
• Strong understanding of statistics, experimentation and data-driven decision making.
• Experience working within enterprise or highly regulated environments.
