Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Lead Data Engineer for a fully remote UK role, offering £110,000 salary plus share options and private medical insurance. You will architect and scale data platforms powering analytics, AI and ML capabilities across enterprise clients.

Lead ownership of data infrastructure, collaborate with product, engineering and data science teams, and help shape the data strategy while enabling secure, compliant data services.

The Opportunity

This is a senior, hands-on position offering significant technical ownership and influence. Working closely with product, engineering, data science and leadership teams, you'll design and build scalable data platforms that power advanced analytics, machine learning, decision intelligence and emerging AI technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Experience designing secure data services and APIs.
• Knowledge of machine learning data foundations and modern AI-enablement practices.
• Strong understanding of statistics, experimentation and data-driven decision making.
• Experience working within enterprise or highly regulated environments.
