Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals applied to data engineering.
• Expertise with data streaming technologies such as Kafka and Flink.
• Autonomous and effective in a team setting; translate non-technical needs to technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders, define the problem space, pitch technical solutions and own them through to production.
• Identify reliability concerns and opportunities for improvement.
• Pitch and deliver architectural improvements; influence the roadmap towards technical excellence in software and data engineering.
