Job summary

ITSS Recruitment is seeking experienced senior/mid-level Data Platform Engineers to join an AI and Data Platform team for a global healthcare and insurance organisation. The role is majority remote with occasional travel to London or Manchester offices, offering £70,000–£100,000 plus bonus and benefits.

You will design, build, and operate scalable Azure and Snowflake data platform components, using Terraform for IaC, and implement CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.

Qualifications

• Extensive platform engineering experience with Azure-based data solutions.
• Proficient in Terraform and building CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Strong observability skills: logging, metrics, alerting, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and delivery of automated, scalable Azure and Snowflake data platform components.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code using Terraform for multiple environments.
• Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines to support rapid deployments.
• Implement observability practices including logging, metrics, and alerting.
