Job summary

Curinos is hiring a senior engineer to migrate benchmark reporting onto a Databricks Lakehouse, then build reusable data products. You will own architecture, governance, and CI/CD, collaborating with UK Insurance leadership and global platform teams.

Embedded in UK Insurance, you will mentor mid-level engineers, adhere to UK GDPR, and deliver scalable data solutions with strong observability and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• Proven ability to lead platform migrations and govern data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Migrate legacy SQL solutions to Databricks, ensuring SLAs.
• Define target-state data architecture (Lakehouse, Medallion, data products).
• Codify canonical metric logic for renewals, pricing, and retention.
