About the Role: We have an outstanding opportunity for a Data Management Analyst within our Data Operations team. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across business units to analyze, improve, and maintain our core reference and master data, connecting markets to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Policies and Standards: Collaborate with teams to enforce data policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring proper governance of data usage, access, and handling for reference and master data.
• Data Stewardship: Work with data stewards/owners responsible for data decisions, definitions, standards, and other aspects through the data management group.
• Data Management (RDMMDM): Oversee RDMMDM processes to maintain data integrity, quality, and compliance with governance policies. Maintain detailed data documentation, including data dictionaries, policies, lineage, and flow diagrams. Act as product owner of the data management platform and collaborate with technology teams to improve core capabilities.
• Support Key Data Initiatives: Lead and support initiatives across areas, including AI-led data governance projects, ensuring alignment with Data Governance principles through guidance and oversight.
• Data Training and Support: Educate users on data management policies and best practices. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance data management and reduce risks.

Requirements:

• Experience working with diverse teams across locations
• Ability to coach and support others in technical and data knowledge transfer
• Significant experience in Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Quality
• Knowledge of relational databases and analysis techniques
