About the Role: We are seeking a Data Management Analyst to join our data operations team. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across various business units to analyze, improve, and maintain our core reference and master data, which connects markets to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Policies and Standards: Collaborate with teams to enforce data policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring proper governance of reference and master data.
- Data Stewardship: Work with data stewards/owners responsible for defining and standardizing data through the data management group.
- Data Management (RDM/MDM): Oversee RDM/MDM processes to ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance. Maintain documentation such as data dictionaries, policies, lineage, and flow diagrams. Act as product owner for the data management platform, working with technology teams to enhance its capabilities.
- Support Key Data Initiatives: Drive and support initiatives including AI-led data governance projects, ensuring alignment with governance principles.
- Data Training and Ownership: Educate users on data management policies and best practices. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance data management and reduce risks.
Requirements:
- Team player with collaborative working style
- Proven success in managing multiple projects and prioritizing effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and innovative thinking skills
- Experience working with diverse teams across multiple locations
- Ability to coach and support others in technical and data knowledge transfer
- Significant experience in Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Quality
- Knowledge of relational databases and analysis techniques
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence at all levels and explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Technologically inquisitive, self-motivated to learn and explore new applications
- Willing to challenge internal opinions with data-driven insights
- Interest in data analysis, databases, and software development
