Qualifications

• Senior data/analytics or insight leader with stakeholder engagement experience.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear stories for leadership.
• Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior team member deputising for Head of Data & Insight.
• Deliver accurate insights from multiple data sources and lead deep-dive analyses.
• Support performance reviews with clear reporting and trusted data.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, MAG Technology and DASA to streamline data and reporting.
• Champion data accuracy and opportunities for automation.
