Job summary

MAG (Airports Group) is seeking a Senior Data & Insight professional to partner with multiple departments to deliver reliable analytics and data products. You will transform complex data into actionable insights and drive data-driven decisions across the airport group.

Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, MAG Technology and DASA teams, champion data accuracy and automate reporting to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior data, analytics or insight roles.
• Strong numerical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling stories for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior team member, deputising for Head of Data & Insight, providing thought leadership and supporting Performance Analysts.
• Deliver accurate, actionable insights from multiple data sources; lead deep-dive analysis into performance and system issues; manage delivery of key data outputs.
• Support operational performance reviews with clear reporting and insight, ensuring consistent standards and trusted data across the airport.
• Work with Operations, Finance, MAG Technology and the Data and Strategic Analytics teams to streamline data, automate reporting and validate new systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability, championing a single source of truth and identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
