Job summary

The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Senior Data Engineer and Technical Lead to shape the data warehouse, BI platforms, and dashboards. You will lead a small team across BI, RPA and SharePoint while staying hands-on with data engineering and automation.

You will drive ETL development, ensure data quality, and collaborate with clinicians, managers and external partners to deliver timely intelligence for clinical and operational decisions.

Qualifications

• Educated to relevant degree level/post graduate diploma or equivalent experience.
• Continued professional development in specialist informatics.
• Membership of Fed-IP body desirable (BCS, SOCITM, IHRIM, CILIP, AphA).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the Trust's data warehouse, BI and dashboard reporting.
• Lead ETL development and data integration across information systems.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the lifecycle from requirements to testing and support.
• Oversee BI, RPA and SharePoint development to optimise workflows and automation.
