Job summary

Made Tech is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to join our Technology department. This permanent position is based in any UK Office Hub (Bristol, London, Manchester, Swansea) with a salary of £60,000–£75,000 per year.

You will build data platforms, operate data services, and mentor client teams on data engineering best practices. Join a consultancy focused on public sector impact, delivering data-driven digital services.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and data engineering concepts.
• Experience with major cloud providers (GCP, Azure, or AWS).
• Understanding of CI/CD, testing (data quality, unit, integration).

Responsibilities

• Deliver engineering work on client projects and upskill client teams.
• Ensure alignment between operational and analytical aspects of data solutions.
• Contribute to the growth and messaging of the Data & AI Practice.
• Represent Made Tech internally and publicly through knowledge sharing.
