The role requires strong Python skills, experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and the ability to mentor junior engineers. Qualifications

• 5+ years' proven experience in a Data Engineering role, delivering production-grade data platforms and pipelines.
• Strong Python skills, with experience using Python to build, test, and operate data pipelines and services.
• Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong experience working with core data stores, including relational databases.
• Experience with NoSQL data stores and understanding when to apply them.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of data services across the full lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• Lead data architecture and design to produce high-quality technical documentation.
• Build and operate data pipelines and automate data workflows.
• Ensure data quality and observability through testing and validation processes.
