Qualifications

• Strong SQL, Python and AWS data stack required.
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and APIs.
• Familiarity with DataOps tools and modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Establish data capability for the flexibility team and define data engineering direction.
• Upskill backend engineers and act as data expert across projects.
• Build greenfield data systems in a new AWS environment.
• Provide high quality data processing and warehousing foundations.
• Improve data applications for long-term global scalability and reliability.
• Interface with existing data warehouse built on Databricks.
• Lead data platform improvements to enable cross-team data use.
