Responsibilities

• Develop and grow PRS's Data Centre Construction & Engineering recruitment offering.
• Build relationships with contractors, developers, consultants and end-users across Europe.
• Generate new business opportunities and secure strategic client partnerships.
• Deliver permanent and contract recruitment solutions across the project lifecycle.
• Develop a network of construction, engineering, commissioning and project delivery professionals.
• Build a sustainable desk with long-term growth potential.
• Support future hiring, mentoring and development of additional consultants.
• Become a recognised specialist within the European Data Centre construction market.
