Job summary

RLB International is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong on-site experience to lead a Data Centre campus project. You will manage client relationships, coordinate with design teams and contractors, and act as Contract Administrator across multiple project phases.

The ideal candidate has Data Centre/MCP sector experience, chartered status, and a proven track record in managing complex on-site delivery while upholding HSE and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager with on-site experience in Data Centre projects.
• Data Centre / Mission Critical sector experience essential.
• Contract administration / Employers Agent experience required.
• Experience managing clients, design teams and contractors across design, tender and construction stages.
• Data Centre MEP/fit out experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a Data Centre campus project, coordinating client, design teams and contractors.
• Oversee contract administration and change management.
• Perform commercial management with support from Cost Management team.
• Manage risk and monthly client reporting.
• Supervise 1–2 on-site staff and act as Contract Administrator.
• Support development of fee proposals and responses to RFIs/RFPs.
• Ensure delivery aligns with environmental, health, safety, security and quality standards.
