Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Leeds is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data centre construction projects from inception to commissioning. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage client relations across the UK technology sector.

The role requires 5–10 years in project management within data centres or similar construction environments, with a Chartered or equivalent professional qualification preferred. A standard office-based role with client interaction is expected.

• Advising at a strategic level at project conception and procurement of resources.

• Establishing project governance, processes and systems for the project.
• Project planning and production of detailed project plans.
• Leading and facilitating cross-functional project teams.
• Monitoring performance with KPIs and managing change control.
