Job summary

RLB International is seeking a Development Manager to lead strategic development programmes for data centre projects across the UK and Europe. You will guide permitting, planning, and pre-construction activities while coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining strong relationships with authorities and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience securing zoning, planning and regulatory approvals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the permitting, zoning, planning and development approvals process.
• Conduct due diligence across design and construction phases.
• Manage project development budgets and governance gates.
• Engage with landowners, developers and external partners.
• Represent RLB in meetings with AHJs and regulators.
