Job summary

Circet IRE & UK is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Technical Estimator to lead high-value bids for data centre projects from Slough, UK. You will provide technical leadership and commercial expertise, generating accurate cost models, RFIs, and client-ready proposals aligned to specification, programme and budget requirements.

You will mentor junior team members and collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance and Health & Safety teams to ensure bid alignment and deliverability.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to deliver pre-sales support for high-value, complex data centre projects.
• Strong commercial awareness with understanding of cost drivers and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage bid opportunities through the full pre-sales lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership and support to junior pre-sales team members.
• Coordinate RFQs, specifications, drawings and client documentation.
• Develop accurate material and labour take-offs and BOMs.
