Qualifications

• Experience with estimating building services projects, especially electrical, data centres or critical environments.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings for tendering.
• Proven track record of successful tenders and cost estimation for complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Issue subcontract and material enquiries for multiple packages.
• Attend site visits and collaborate with client and suppliers.
• Perform take-offs from drawings and specifications using estimating software.
• Input design/value engineering considerations into estimates and tender docs.
• Compile final internal tender documentation for director sign-off.
