Responsibilities

• Lead electrical estimating for data centre projects, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing of LV/HV distribution, UPS, generators and containment.
• Prepare cost breakdowns and bid documents, considering lifecycle costs and market benchmarks.
• Interpret electrical specs and drawings for Tier-rated data centres and identify value engineering options.
• Collaborate with design, commercial and delivery teams to develop bid strategies and compliant tender submissions.
• Maintain estimates, sources, and cost data; report bid performance and market trends.
