Job summary

Skyward Select is seeking a Planner to own the programme for a major data centre campus in Surrey. You will work hybrid, coordinating with design, procurement and site teams, and manage the programme using Asta Powerproject under NEC4 framework.

You will produce detailed schedules, monitor critical paths, track progress, and lead recovery planning where needed. On-site presence in Surrey will be essential for delivery through Phase Two and beyond.

Qualifications

• Strong experience using Asta Powerproject.
• Previous experience working under NEC4 contracts.
• Planning experience within construction, engineering or major MEP projects.
• Good understanding of project sequencing, critical paths and programme risk.
• Data centre, mission-critical or technically complex project experience would be beneficial.
• Comfortable working predominantly on site in Surrey.

Responsibilities

• Developing, maintaining and updating the main project programme.
• Producing detailed construction programmes, short-term lookaheads and progress reports.
• Monitoring the critical path, milestones and programme risks.
• Recording site progress with the delivery team and supply chain.
• Supporting programme submissions and NEC4 contract reporting.
• Reviewing delays, changes and compensation events for programme impact.
• Developing recovery plans where required.
• Coordinating design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover activities.
