Job summary

Joshua Robert is recruiting a Planner for Data Centre projects in London. You will develop and manage detailed programmes, coordinating with Project Managers, Cost Managers, designers and client teams to deliver critical data centre developments.

The role requires strong planning and project controls, with experience in NEC contracts and Primavera P6. You will support multi-project environments, oversee schedule performance, risks and change, and provide clear, concise reports to senior

Qualifications

• Data Centre experience essential.
• Proven background as Planner/Senior Planner on major construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction programming and project controls.
• Excellent reporting and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage detailed project programmes.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Cost Managers, designers and client teams to set realistic delivery programmes.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and risks, and update schedules.
• Perform critical path analysis and programme impact assessments.
• Review contractor programmes and advise on performance.
• Support project controls, reporting and governance processes.
• Produce clear programme reports for senior stakeholders.
• Identify risks, constraints and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support change management and review implications of variations and changes.
• Contribute to tender and procurement programmes as required.
• Work across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced Data Centre environment.
• Support clients through full project lifecycle from pre-construction to handover.
