Job summary

Mitie is seeking an exceptional Data Centre IFM Operations Manager to lead a multi-site estate of critical infrastructure. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of electrical, mechanical and facility services to ensure reliability, safety and uptime.

You will drive engineering excellence, oversee continuity planning and ensure robust governance across locations, while building strong client relationships and coordinating with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• > Experience leading operations within mission-critical facilities or data centres.
• < Knowledge of engineering governance, resilience, risk management and compliance.
• < Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites.
• < Proven track record in safety, regulatory compliance and service delivery.
• < Ability to coordinate incident response and business continuity.
