Job summary

Mitie is seeking an experienced Data Centre IFM Operations Manager to own operations across Corby & Peterborough’s critical infrastructure. You will lead teams, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure reliability, safety and uptime in a high-stakes environment.

You will drive engineering excellence, oversee business continuity and incident management, and shape long-term asset strategies while delivering integrated facilities services. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations within data centres or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of engineering governance, operational resilience, risk management and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation across a data centre estate, ensuring resilience, performance and compliance.
• Coordinate with Strategic Client Director and Technical IFM Managers to deliver service across multiple sites.
• Drive engineering excellence across electrical and mechanical systems, oversee business continuity and incident management.
• Shape asset and lifecycle strategies and ensure delivery of integrated facilities services.
