We’re looking for an experienced Data Centre Contract Manager to take responsibility for the operational delivery of a critical facilities management contract in Central London.
This is a senior position for an FM professional with a proven track record of managing contracts within a critical environment, where resilience, compliance and operational continuity are paramount.
You’ll have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the contract, working closely with the client, engineering teams and specialist subcontractors to ensure thesiteoperates safely, reliably and in line with contractual requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Critical-environment contract management experience is essential.
You’ll ideally have experience managing facilities or engineering contracts within a data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, financial services or similarly high-availability environment.
You should have:
An engineering/building services background is highly desirable.
