Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the technical delivery of major Data Centre projects from our Birmingham office in the Jewellery Quarter. You will drive projects through RIBA Stage 4, coordinating with structural, MEP and specialist engineers, and ensuring high-quality tender and construction outputs.

This role demands robust Revit skills, strong UK regulations knowledge, and excellent client-facing communications to manage complex schemes and build

Qualifications

• Data centre project delivery experience essential.
• Proven involvement in technical delivery through Stage 4, detailed design and tender/construction packages.
• Strong Revit experience and knowledge of UK Building Regulations are required.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support technical delivery of large-scale Data Centre projects.
• Deliver projects through RIBA Stage 4 with focus on detailed design and technical packages.
• Produce and coordinate high-quality tender and construction information.
• Coordinate architectural information with structural, MEP and specialist engineers.
• Work closely with clients, contractors and design teams throughout project delivery.
• Ensure designs meet technical, regulatory and client requirements.
• Resolve complex technical issues during design.
• Utilise BIM and digital technologies to improve coordination and delivery.
• Attend design team and coordination meetings.
