Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Architect (EG47566) in Birmingham to lead technical delivery of major data centre projects. You will drive design through RIBA Stage 4, preparing tender and construction information and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

The role requires proven data centre experience, strong detailing skills, and the ability to manage complex schemes with clients and contractors across the UK and internationally.

Qualifications

• Data centre experience is essential.
• Experience delivering technical design and construction packages.
• Strong coordination across multidiscipline teams.
• Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of large-scale data centre projects.
• Deliver through RIBA Stage 4 with detailed design focus.
• Coordinate tender/construction information and drawings.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP and engineering consultants.
• Ensure designs meet regulatory and client requirements.
• Mentor junior staff and maintain high technical standards.
