Job summary

Colliers International EMEA in London is seeking a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join the Data Centre Advisory team, working with hyperscalers, colocators, investors and developers across the evolving data centre sector.

You will provide strategic real estate, development and transaction advice across EMEA, supporting site selection, acquisitions, disposals, leasing, market analysis and development advisory while building strong client relationships and contributing to business growth.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Real Estate, Surveying, Property, Economics or related discipline.
• MRICS qualification.
• Strong commercial awareness and client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support data centre mandates across EMEA.
• Assist clients with data centre site acquisition / disposal.
• Provide occupier advisory services, i.e. colocation (leasing of data centres).
• Conduct market assessments and benchmarking analysis to support client decision-making.
• Support options assessments, commercial negotiations and transaction processes.
• Prepare client reports, presentations, business cases and market intelligence materials.
