Job summary

Knight Frank seeks a Data Centre Surveyor/Senior Surveyor to join our London-based Data Centre Valuation & Advisory team. You will work on valuation assignments across EMEA, analysing financial and operational data and developing robust DCF models to inform investment decisions.

You will collaborate with data centre operators, investors, and banks, contributing to market-leading insights while building specialist expertise in a growth area of global real estate.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and financial modelling skills.
• Experience creating or amending DCF models.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support valuation of data centre assets across EMEA.
• Analyse financial and operational information to support valuation assignments.
• Build, maintain, and refine discounted cash flow (DCF) models.
• Review client financial statements, construction contracts, power agreements, and legal due diligence documentation.
• Conduct financial and commercial analysis to inform valuation assumptions.
• Support project leaders on high-profile valuation and advisory mandates.
• Develop expertise in valuation methodologies, including Argus Enterprise and Argus Developer.
