Job summary

Colliers in London is seeking a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join the EMEA Data Centre Advisory team. You will provide strategic real estate, development and transaction advice to occupiers, investors and developers across the data centre sector.

The role involves supporting site acquisitions and disposals, market analysis and client relationship management across EMEA, collaborating with Capital Markets, Valuation and other Colliers teams to deliver tailored advisory solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Real Estate, Surveying, Property, Economics or related discipline. MRICS qualified.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand client drivers while identifying growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support data centre mandates across EMEA and assist clients with site acquisition / disposal.
• Provide occupier advisory services, i.e. colocation (leasing of data centres).
• Conduct market assessments and benchmarking analysis to support client decision-making.
• Monitor key industry indicators including power availability, fibre connectivity and planning policy.
