Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is looking for a project-focused professional to support data center construction initiatives. You will assist in planning, budgeting, procurement, and schedule coordination across design, engineering, vendors, and construction teams.

You will help maintain progress tracking, ensure quality, and participate in site meetings. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership within a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience coordinating data center construction projects is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with vendors and teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing all phases of data center construction.
• Assist in managing schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor activities.
• Track milestones, monitor progress, and maintain documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, vendors and construction teams for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project specs and quality.
• Assist with submittal reviews, RFIs, change orders, and project docs.
• Attend site meetings and manage day-to-day activities for safety and quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve challenges and drive timely decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of timelines, inspections, testing, and commissioning.
• Some in-person time for collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with clients.
