Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management experience.
• Minimum of two successful data center construction projects.

THE WORK:

• You’ll identify differentiating factors concerning approach, design, and constructability during the construction lifecycle.
• You’ll be responsible for ensuring alignment between all project stakeholders.
• You’ll be accountable for managing overall project delivery.
• You’ll be responsible for project budget through effective scope management, schedule management, cost control, change control, cashflow forecasting, risk management, and implementation of recovery strategies.
• You’ll participate in continuous improvement plans as directed and/or through proactive application of personal expertise.
• You’ll maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Client’s project processes, procedures, and policies and is responsible for enforcing the use and conformance thereof.
• You’ll develop and maintain continuous positive relationships with the Client and their representatives.
• You’ll monitor the training of all project staff personnel in coordination with the client and with available programs.
• You’ll promote positive staff morale, professionalism, and attitude and assists to resolve potential deficiencies when identified or perceived.
• You’ll maintain a thorough understanding of the Company/Owner contract and all project correspondence and documentation.
• Flexible : The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred. OR additional four (4) years of related experience
• 5+ years of senior level construction management or design management experience
• 15+ years of project management experience
• Minimum of two successful data center construction projects

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience on projects under design and/or construction
• Shown acumen for managing people
• Advanced certifications such as CCM, PMP, CEM, or CPMP
• Experience commissioning hyperscale and / or colocation data centers
• Flexibility to travel to work location

$165,000 - $275,000 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.
