Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Data Architect to own the enterprise data architecture during a greenfield phase, shaping reporting, analytics, AI and data-driven decision making. You will work with senior stakeholders to define standards and deliver a scalable, future-ready data platform.

This is a pivotal role with significant investment in Microsoft Fabric and modern data technologies, offering ownership of architecture and strategy across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience designing & implementing enterprise Data Warehouse architectures.
• Expertise with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Platform technologies and modern Lakehouse architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog and Delta Lake.
• Strong SQL and PySpark skills.
• Experience implementing Medallion Architecture principles.
• Knowledge of data modelling methodologies including Star Schema and Data Vault.
• Strong understanding of data governance, security and access management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-scale Data Warehouse and Lakehouse architecture.
• Define and deliver the organisation's data platform strategy.
• Create scalable data models, storage frameworks and architectural standards.
• Establish data governance, security and access management frameworks.
• Design modern data integration and transformation pipelines across multiple data sources.
• Implement CI/CD standards and deployment processes for data products and platforms.
• Drive best practice across data architecture, performance, scalability and reliability.
