Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is delivering a remote, UK-wide engagement to build and govern a scalable enterprise data capability. The project leads a transition to permanent leadership, delivering a robust governance framework and an extended data architecture roadmap to support AI, analytics and billing decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record operating at Head of / senior interim level across enterprise data architecture and data governance.
• Hands-on experience designing and launching governance frameworks producing auditable control.
• Strong data architecture background: canonical data modelling, mastering strategy, lakehouse/medallion architecture.
• Experience extending existing architecture and working within prior design decisions.
• Comfortable operating governance within a Technology function via formal gate processes.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple platforms and teams.
• Experience building investment cases covering build and run costs.
• Experience recruiting into and handing over to permanent senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish a scalable, governed data function with clear ownership and mandate.
• Design an operating model that scales with new domains and acquisitions.
• Extend canonical data model into priority domains and mature architecture for ongoing M&A integration.
• Provide senior architectural direction and produce a roadmap to fortify data structures.
• Partner with Data Analytics while aligning with the organizat ion's TDA gates.
• Structure recruitment and handover to permanent leadership with a clear transfer of knowledge.
