Cameron Clarke Associates t/a talent-finder in Blackburn is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Data & Underwriting team, focusing on front-end analytics, dashboards and business insights. You will mentor others and help strengthen analytical capabilities to support the organisation's financial performance objectives.

The role requires leading Power BI dashboards, collaborating with stakeholders and exploring AI/ML capabilities, with hybrid work flexibility in the Blackburn area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Power BI, DAX and SQL experience with a focus on dashboards and reporting.
• Experience in Python or R (1+ year) for analysis and modelling.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis, forecasting and data visualization best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop junior Data Analysts.
• Create, maintain and optimize Power BI dashboards.
• Translate data insights into strategic business decisions.
• Support improvements in BI reporting workflows and data governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and prioritise projects.
• Oversee quality assurance of team outputs to align with objectives.
• Plan workloads and delegate responsibilities across multiple projects.
• Explore emerging technologies including AI & ML (training available).
• Collaborate with data engineers to support ETL process improvements.
