Job summary

Collinson Group is seeking a Lead Data Analytics Engineer to advance enterprise data modelling, analytics automation and engineering empowerment across Global Analytics. You will translate the Analytics Engineering strategy into technical direction, reusable capabilities and modern engineering practices.

The role enables squads to independently deliver trusted, scalable Data Products while maintaining enterprise consistency and engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Analytics Engineering/Data Engineering experience with data modelling, Snowflake, dbt and SQL.
• Proven ability to build automation and reusable engineering frameworks.
• Experience leading multiple teams and mentoring senior engineers.
• Experience applying GenAI, LLMs or AI agents to engineering automation.
• Hands-on leader capable of delivering production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise approach to analytical data modelling across models and semantic layers.
• Establish reusable modelling patterns and domain entities for consistency.
• Reduce duplication and improve performance, scalability and maintainability.
• Provide technical leadership for cross-domain modelling challenges.
