Etio’s National Centre for Arts Education (NCAE) seeks a Senior Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights, supporting evidence-based decision‑making and programme improvement across England. You will lead data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development for the NCfAE, partnering with internal teams, stakeholders, and funders to demonstrate impact.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in data analysis, BI, or performance reporting.
• Advanced skills in data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
• Experience with large datasets, cleansing, validation, and interpretation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with evidence-based recommendations.
• Experience designing dashboards, reports and performance management frameworks.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and GDPR requirements.
• Excellent communication to present complex data clearly.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data modelling techniques.
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent in related field.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualisations for varied audiences.
• Support Director in delivering evidence, research, and impact objectives.
• Design robust data collection, validation, and QA processes for data integrity.
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams and partners to understand reporting needs.
• Support monitoring, evaluation, and impact activities with analytical expertise.
• Prepare insightful reports, briefings, and recommendations for funders and leaders.
• Champion data governance and data-driven decision-making across the programme.
• Develop data systems, reporting frameworks, and methodologies to improve insight.
