Job summary

Dow Jones Energy, part of News Corp, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support performance, revenue management and product strategy. You will work across large datasets to deliver reporting, dashboards and predictive insights for product and leadership teams, partnering with Sales, Finance, and Customer Care.

You will own data quality, automate processes, and build analytical models to inform pricing and growth initiatives while communicating findings to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ professional experience in data analytics or related analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas, PivotTables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, VBA or Power Query.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI/Looker Studio/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reporting for the Book of Business (ACV, renewals, new business).
• Build bottoms-up financial models, scenario analyses, and churn diagnostics.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to reveal product performance and revenue KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, and leadership to guide business decisions.
• Automate recurring reporting using SQL, Python, Excel/VBA and Power Query.
• Synthesize usage data into customer health scores for risk mitigation.
• Communicate complex methodologies clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
