Job summary

Twinkl Ltd. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in the UK to drive data-informed growth across the B2B area. You will work with cross-functional teams to understand objectives, analyze user behavior, and identify opportunities to improve funnel performance.

Role requires proficiency in SQL and BigQuery, plus data visualization tools (Looker Studio/Tableau). Hybrid/remote work within the UK is available, with a core focus on delivering impactful insights and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a data/analytics role, preferably in eCommerce/subscription.
• Proven ability to query raw data from analytics platforms (GA4/Adobe) and deliver insights.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Product, Growth and cross-functional teams to translate objectives into analytical focus areas.
• Deliver deep insights and clear recommendations to shape area strategy and growth.
• Identify and monitor KPIs; improve them via data-driven experimentation and optimisation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to conceptualise, prioritise, test, and launch data-informed features.
• Analyse A/B and multivariate tests to measure impact on acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Support digital analytics tracking by gathering requirements and QA.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data quality and collection processes.
• Troubleshoot tracking issues and escalate complex problems to specialists.
• Stay current with developments in GCP and analytics trends.
