Job summary

Capita is recruiting a Senior Data Analyst for the Army Collective Training stream. You’ll turn data into decisions, analysing training and operational data, and creating dashboards that support evidence-based leadership.

This permanent role is hybrid with 2–3 days in Warminster, and requires UK BPSS-level security clearance. You’ll collaborate across teams to improve efficiency, reporting and decision-making across the Army.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, BI or advanced analytics.
• Proficient with Power BI and Excel to create insight products.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, databases and data quality.
• Track record turning data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with stakeholders to understand challenges and identify opportunities.
• Analyse training, safety and operational data to identify trends and risks.
• Develop dashboards, reports and visualisations to support decision-making.
• Turn data into compelling stories to help leaders understand performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and reporting.
• Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
